Shipping:
We offer free collection in person from our location in Shepton Mallet, United Kingdom. We also offer free 3-day postage to our customers. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days of receiving an order.

Refunds and Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Breaking Mowers, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement item or a refund.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way. We also cannot accept returns of custom or special order items.
